You know it is quite funny………………….I e-mailed quite a few girlfriends last night just to update them all on the status of my pregnancy and to tell them about this blog and the response has been surprising  – to say the least.

Two girlfriends have just e-mailed me to tell me they are pregnant and I had NO idea…….one is newly pregnant with her second child (first child some 19years older) and the other friend is pregnany with her first child, I haven’t seen this friend since she left for overseas some 4+years ago but none the less I am thrilled for her – in fact I am thrilled for both of them……………….

Another girlfriend whom I knew was pregnant but hadn’t spoken to her in awhile either e-mailed me too – she has 11weeks to go……………………..

I also know of at least three friends who are TRYING to get pregnant and thinking about being pregnant!!!! So I am sending some fertility karma thier way – they know who they are!

So that begs the question  – does being pregnant mean you are going to (unknowingly) surround yourself with other pregnant woman??? Or do the fertility gods just work in mysterious ways???????

Or is it my age????? I am 32, so naturally quite a few of my friends are going to be either getting pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant and thankfully, some are NOT………

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE it that I know so many people going through the same thing as me, it’s just really nice to chat to my non-pregnant girlfriends about other things………like men, dating, going out, getting drunk and shopping – all the things I miss when I am covered in mashed up banana and wondering why in the HELL I am pregnant again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
